How to get:
BY CAR
A14 motorway exit RIMINI SUD, take the freeway towards Rimini, then at the traffic light turn left onto the SS16 towards RAVENNA. Go straight on until the roundabout in Via Popilia, there you take the first exit in via Beltramini, then continue on via Morri, then on Viale Polazzi and at the end turn right on Via Dati, go straight on to street number 36.

If you are traveling on a regional train, you can get off directly at the Viserba station and walk 300 meters towards the sea.

If you arrive earlier, you have the possibility to use the garden or the internal bar area, in the meantime you can leave your luggage at the reception.

On the day of departure the apartment must be vacated by 10.00.
The office for the registration of documents, the management of payments and various information / communications is open from 9:00 to 12:00 and from 15:00 to 19:00.

ANIMALS
On request well-behaved pets are allowed the daily amount is € 15.00 per day. It is not allowed to leave pets alone in the apartment and their owners are responsible for any damage to the furniture.
PARKING
You can reserve a private parking space in the car parks of the structure at the moment at a cost of € 15 per day or you can park in the nearby free public spaces upon availability.

LINEN
Sheets and towels can be brought freely from home or rented from our laundry at a cost of € 20 per person per change.

CLEANING
Final cleaning has a mandatory additional cost that varies according to the type of apartment and does not include washing dishes and garbage collection.
In the laundry room on the third floor there is a self-service washing machine and dryer. Out of respect for all, it is advisable to leave them free as soon as possible once the washing / drying cycle is finished.
It is not allowed to hang towels on the balconies. Each apartment is equipped with a drying rack, it is also allowed to hang clothes on the terrace on the third floor.
